In 2025, 4,700 new debts for the Transfer Pricing Commission fines appear every month
Since the beginning of 2025, 17,007 enforcement proceedings have been opened in Ukraine due to debts for fines of the SCC – this is more than 4,700 new cases per month. More than 24,000 existing debts remain in the system, as only 16% of cases have been closed – 2779 cases, counted in Openatabot.
The largest number of proceedings is in Kyiv (almost 2000), Dnipropetrovska oblast (1950) and Sumy oblast (1700). An anti-record was set in Odesa's Prymorskyi TCC: one person has seven cases in a year. In total, more than 17,000 proceedings were opened against almost 16,000 people – some have several debts.
