Education: Kyiv National Linguistic University, major in Spanish Language and Literature. National University of “Kyiv-Mohyla Academy,” major in Journalism.
Journalism experience: 7 years. In 2019, completed an internship at the business editorial team of LIGA.net. In 2020, became a journalist for the “Healthy Lifestyle” section of Lifestyle editorial team, and in 2021 – its editor. In 2022, alongside work on the website, launched the health podcast "Як це жити?" on LIGA.net’s YouTube channel. A year later, the editorial team launched a separate lifestyle channel, LIGA Life, where Alona continues to host the "Як це жити?" podcast as well as the LIFE Interview format.
Since August 2025, Alona has been running a weekly email newsletter "Як це жити?" for LIGA PRO subscribers, sharing key lifestyle news in culture, health, arts, science, and more.
Interests: literature, health, physical activity, and foreign languages.
