Privacy and personal data processing policy

1. By registering on the liga.net website (hereinafter – the Website) or using it, you give LLC “Information Agency ‘LIGABUSINESSINFORM’” (hereinafter – the Company) your full consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data”.

You also agree that the Personal Data Owner has the right to grant access to and transfer your personal data to third parties without any additional notice, solely provided that the purpose of their processing does not change and only in the cases provided for by this Privacy Policy and/or the legislation of Ukraine.

2. The Company reserves the right to collect data about your visits to the Website. This information may include details about your Internet connection, traffic, and the duration of your time online, etc.

3. The purpose of processing personal data is to improve your future use of the Website, taking into account your interests and preferences, as well as to analyze user behavior, including for placing relevant advertising on the Website.

4. The Company processes your personal data in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine and international treaties. The retention period by the Company is the minimum necessary to achieve the purposes of processing.

4.1. A user has the right to request the deletion of their personal data at any time. To do so, send a request to [email protected] or use the special self-deletion button available via the link in your personal account in the “Account Data” section. We undertake to delete the user’s personal data within 30 calendar days from the moment of receiving the relevant request, unless otherwise provided by the current legislation of Ukraine.

5. The Company does not collect any information related to racial or ethnic origin, political, religious or philosophical beliefs, membership in political parties and trade unions, as well as data on health, sex life, biometric or genetic data.

6. Cookies are used while operating the Website.

To make your visit to the Website more convenient and to track attendance, the Company may collect part of the information transmitted by your browser (so-called Cookies). Cookies help assess the number and frequency of requests, as well as identify and block visitors or devices attempting bulk downloads from the site.

You may choose not to send Cookies; however, disabling this feature may limit your ability to use the Website.

The Company may also use services owned by third-party companies — Facebook, Twitter, etc. These companies may place cookies on the user’s device while operating on the Website. Please note that the Website cannot influence the operation of cookies used by such third-party companies.

Third-party codes or internet resources may be present on the Website, as a result of which such resources and third parties may receive your data. These resources may collect and process information about your visit to the Website, as well as other information transmitted by your browser.

7. The Company does not transfer users’ personal data to third parties, except when such transfer is required by law or at the request of the personal data subject. The Company takes all possible measures to protect users’ personal data. The Website may contain links to other web resources; this Policy will not apply when you follow such links.

The Company uses generally accepted standards for the protection of information and personal data from unlawful use, alteration, or destruction. However, the Company cannot guarantee absolute protection of your data from any threats beyond the Company’s control.

User access to their own personal data is free of charge. Each user has all the rights granted by the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data”.

8. The Company takes reasonable measures to protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.

9. In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data”, you have the right to:

  • access your personal data;
  • receive a response as to whether your personal data are being processed, as well as receive the content of such personal data;
  • withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;
  • exercise other rights defined by the Law.

If you have questions regarding this Privacy Policy, believe that your rights have been violated, or wish to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data, please send a written request to the contact details specified in this Privacy Policy, indicating the subject line “Request regarding personal data processing”, “Personal data protection”, or “Withdrawal of consent to personal data processing”.

You need to specify the following:

  • surname, name and patronymic, place of residence (location), and the details of the identity document of the person submitting the request (for an individual applicant);
  • name and location of the legal entity submitting the request, position, surname, name and patronymic of the person certifying the request; confirmation that the content of the request complies with the authority of the legal entity (for a legal entity applicant);
  • surname, name and patronymic, as well as other information allowing identification of the individual to whom the request relates;
  • the information to which the request relates;
  • the list of personal data requested;
  • the purpose and/or legal grounds for the request.

10. Location of personal data

The owner of personal data is LLC “Information Agency ‘LIGABUSINESSINFORM’”. Personal data are stored in the automated systems of LLC “Information Agency ‘LIGABUSINESSINFORM’” at: 04112, Ukraine, Kyiv, 23 Parkovo-Syretska Street.
