Mr Guroshev specialises in complex B2B projects. He has worked in management positions, including as chief marketing officer, at Kantar, Starlight (SLDS), Be It, ITCG, and Business Constructor.
In 2016, he co-founded his own performance agency WDD, which was sold to a holding company of one of the clients five years later.
Currently, Mr Guroshev runs The Unlimited, a marketing company specialising in integrated marketing and product consulting for brands, traffic monetisation, and the creation of educational products.
During his career, he has had about 70 AAA clients on service and about 300 on consulting.
