Head of the Ukrainian Foundation for Security Studies, Senior Researcher at "Ukrainian Prism"
She received a master's degree in political science from the University of Rochester and a master's degree in international relations and country studies from Brigham Young University, as well as a translation specialist degree from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
As an advisor to the Minister of Information Policy of Ukraine (2016-2019), she coordinated the development of the government's information strategy on Crimea, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers in December 2018. As the head of the non-governmental analytical center "Ukrainian Foundation for Security Studies", she actively participated in the formation of the Expert Network of the Crimean Platform.
