Ukrainian public and political figure of Crimean Tatar descent, specialist in public administration. He graduated from the London School of Economics. In 2019, he became the head of the National Agency for Medical Procurement of Ukraine, responsible for meeting the country's medical needs. Since October 2023, he has been the General Director of the State Logistics Operator (SLO), an organization that supplies the Ukrainian Armed Forces with food, fuel, clothing, and medical goods.
