In 2001, he received the qualification of a systems engineer of control and automation systems from the Kremenchuk University of Economics, Information Technologies and Management. In 2003, he graduated from the National Technical University of Ukraine in Kyiv (“Igor Sikorsky Polytechnic Institute”) with a degree in “Energy Management”. In 2004, he received the qualification of a heat power engineer from the Ukrainian State University of Chemical Technology with a degree in “Heat Power Engineering”. In 2019, he graduated from the Mykhailo Ostrogradskyi Kremenchuk National University with a degree in “Jurisprudence” and received the qualification of a lawyer.
